The ticket is non-refundable.
However, you can postpone the date of your visit up to 24 hours before the initially selected day. Rescheduling can be done only once and within the same season. Simply log into your reserved area (using the credentials received when purchasing the ticket) and choose the new date of your interest.
Note: Rescheduling is only allowed if, at the time of purchasing the ticket, you chose to register your account. If you purchased the access ticket as a “guest,” you will not be able to change the date.
